SV	En gij, tel u een heir, als dat heir, dat van de uwen gevallen is, en paarden, als die paarden, en wagenen, als die wagenen; en laat ons tegen hen op het effen veld strijden, zo wij niet sterker zijn dan zij! En hij hoorde naar hun stem, en deed alzo.
WLC	וְאַתָּ֣ה תִֽמְנֶה־לְךָ֣ ׀ חַ֡יִל כַּחַיִל֩ הַנֹּפֵ֨ל מֵאֹותָ֜ךְ וְס֣וּס כַּסּ֣וּס ׀ וְרֶ֣כֶב כָּרֶ֗כֶב וְנִֽלָּחֲמָ֤ה אֹותָם֙ בַּמִּישֹׁ֔ור אִם־לֹ֥א נֶחֱזַ֖ק מֵהֶ֑ם וַיִּשְׁמַ֥ע לְקֹלָ֖ם וַיַּ֥עַשׂ כֵּֽן׃ פ
Trans.	wə’atâ ṯiməneh-ləḵā ḥayil k^aḥayil hannōfēl mē’wōṯāḵə wəsûs kassûs wəreḵeḇ kāreḵeḇ wənillāḥămâ ’wōṯām bammîšwōr ’im-lō’ neḥĕzaq mēhem wayyišəm^a‘ ləqōlām wayy^a‘aś kēn:

AC	כה ואתה תמנה לך חיל כחיל הנפל מאותך וסוס כסוס ורכב כרכב ונלחמה אותם במישור--אם לא נחזק מהם וישמע לקלם ויעש כן {פ}
ASV	and number thee an army, like the army that thou hast lost, horse for horse, and chariot for chariot; and we will fight against them in the plain, and surely we shall be stronger than they. And he hearkened unto their voice, and did so.
BE	And get together another army like the one which came to destruction, horse for horse, and carriage for carriage; and let us make war on them in the lowlands, and certainly we will be stronger than they. And he gave ear to what they said, and did so.
Darby	and number thee an army, like the army that thou hast lost, horse for horse, and chariot for chariot; and we will fight against them on the plateau: shall we not be stronger than they? And he hearkened to their voice, and did so.
ELB05	und du, zähle dir ein Heer wie das Heer, das dir gefallen ist, und Rosse wie die Rosse, und Wagen wie die Wagen; und wir wollen in der Ebene wider sie streiten, ob wir ihnen nicht überlegen sein werden. Und er hörte auf ihre Stimme und tat also.
LSG	et forme-toi une armée pareille à celle que tu as perdue, avec autant de chevaux et autant de chars. Puis nous les combattrons dans la plaine, et l'on verra si nous ne serons pas plus forts qu'eux. Il les écouta, et fit ainsi.
Sch	Du aber verschaffe dir ein Heer wie das Heer, das du verloren hast, und Pferde und Wagen, wie jene waren, und laß uns in der Ebene wider sie streiten, so werden wir sie gewiß überwinden! Und er gehorchte ihrer Stimme und tat also.
